How is yearly billing different from monthly?+
Yearly billing is paid upfront for 12 months and is discounted by 17% versus paying month-by-month. Your quotas (chat questions, contract analyses) are the same per month either way.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?+
Yes. You can change billing interval or plan from your account billing page at any time. We prorate the difference automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of your current period. No long-term commitment.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?+
No. The Free plan needs only an email address. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.
Are quotas hard limits or soft?+
They are hard monthly limits on the Free and Professional plans. Business and Enterprise plans have no quota limits. Quotas reset on the first of each calendar month.
Do you offer enterprise / team plans?+
