HR teams in the UAE juggle Federal labor law, ADGM, and DIFC — each with its own rules, updates, and penalties. The current playbook is a mix of Googling, calling lawyers for questions lawyers shouldn't need to handle, and guessing.
Mizan does the first-pass screening. Every answer is grounded in the exact article it's based on, so you can verify what we said before acting on it. We're built for HR — not for lawyers, not for prospects shopping for compliance theatre.

Contracts you upload are analyzed in memory and discarded. We don't train on your data, ever.

Where the law is genuinely silent or jurisdiction-dependent, we say so. Better an honest 'depends on X' than a fabricated number.
